Joyua Gibson is originally from Peoria, IL. She was born on August 8. She is a mother of one, to her son, Amarion. She began doing makeup on herself and her talent was recognized by Calvin Evans. He took Joyua under his wing, often times allowing her to attend photo shoots he would be working on and exposing her to the life of an artist. She then met Celebrity Makeup Artist Kim Elba, who gave her some tidbits on how to make it in the industry. Joyua took this info and began to perfect her craft.
